We can’t claim that we came up with the idea but, after seeing how incredible bungee fitness looked on various social media channels we decided it was time to bring it to home to Southampton.

Qualifications – ETM/PT/CIMPSA/IDTA/BUNGEE FITNESS
Anna has been teaching fitness for over 12 years now but her heart and soul started in Dance.
At just 8 years old, she took her first steps in a local dance studio and never looked back. She went on to dance professionally for Disneyland Paris and Carnival Cruise Lines travelling all over the world. Anna ran the London Marathon in 2011 and also competed in Miss Galaxy Universe in 2015 where she won her ‘Bikini Body’ category.
In 2019 she qualified as a Bungee Fitness Instructor and now runs at least 6 classes per week for us here at South Coast Bungee. She has created the classes ‘Fly’ & ‘Blast’ for us and we can’t recommend them enough! Get yourself booked, you’ll get a great workout and have a blooming good laugh along the way.
Qualifications – BTEC in sport/Group Exercise/BUNGEE FITNESS
Danielle went to her first class at the young age of 16 years old and has had a passion for fitness ever since! In January 2022 she tried her first bungee class and absolutely fell in love! After months of regular classes she decided to take the plunge and in August 2022 took the Bungee Fly Instructor Course. To her delight she passed and a week later started teaching here at South Coast Bungee!
She launched her own HIIT style class in the form of Tabata, so if rhythm is not your thing, but you want to work up a sweat and burn off those calories then this is the class for you.
Qualifications – ETM, BUNGEE FITNESS AND MANY MORE.
Our wonderful cover instructor Helen has taught many times at South Coast Bungee.
Helen loves to make her classes small and intimate so you’ll never get more than 6 people in her sessions. With all Helen’s wealth of experience in all sorts of fitness and gymnastics, you’ll be flying around the place in no time!

Kal is originally from Hungary. He’s a chef by day and a fitness instructor by evening! Kal loves to make people work hard, break a sweat and all whilst having a good laugh along the way!
He teaches a wide variety of classes namely Zumba, Clubbercise, Spin, Strong, Pilates, and Kettlebell and teaches Bungee & TRX for us here at SCB! He is also a Personal Trainer and is our kid’s instructor too.
KAL’S FUN FACT: “In my free time I love the outdoors and water sports but also don’t mind a good movie the cinema or just building Star Wars LEGOs”.
